Mac’s Blackcurrant

Here at Mac's we know a thing or two about a thing or two. For instance, we know how to make a great blackcurrant drink for mixing or for drinking straight. First we take some fine South Island blackcurrants and ease off on their stimulating tartness just a touch, creating a beautifully balanced fruit drink, rich, deep and red. Then we throw a few bubbles in. Mac's know all about bubbles as well.
