Interstate is Mac’s take on a classic American Pale Ale. Brewed to bring out the punchy citrus and pine notes of the Citra and Mosaic hops. 

In classic APA fashion, we start brewing Interstate with a light base of Pilsner and Crystal malts. Next we use Amarillo and Simcoe hops in the brewhouse to give the beer its crisp bitterness. But the real stars of the show are the Mosaic and Citra hops, used to dry hop the brew and add their pine and citrus notes. Sitting at 5% ABV, you’ll get a beer that’s full of punchy hop flavour but refreshing enough to be a perfect summer sip.
